In March, spring is in full bloom. In this season full of hope, amid bursts of firecrackers, at 11:18 a.m. on March 4, 2019, No. 9 furnace of Longguang Tianxu Company’s daily 35-ton high borosilicate glass fully automatic electric melting furnace was successfully ignited. Leaders of some of the company’s strategic cooperative enterprises, suppliers and customer representatives, guests from all walks of life, company leaders, and cadres and employees witnessed the festive moment of the ignition of furnace No. 9.

In recent years, with the increase of the company's strategic partners, in order to solve the contradiction between supply and demand in the current market and better serve customers, the company reviewed the situation and started the No. 9 furnace cold repair project in January this year. After two months of construction, the project was successfully completed and reached ignition conditions. The kiln introduces and absorbs the most advanced high borosilicate glass production technology in the industry, combined with Tianxu Company's many years of experience in kiln construction and operation, to achieve fully automatic integrated production of batching, feeding, and molding. The products are mainly targeted at high-end customer groups such as solar high borosilicate glass tubes and process tubes. Kiln No. 9 is the first kiln the company plans to put into operation in 2019. After the project reaches full production successfully, the company's average daily production capacity of high borosilicate glass has reached 140 tons, marking a new level of the company's large-scale development and enhancing the company's competitiveness in the high borosilicate special glass market. At the same time, the second kiln in 2019 is planned to be put into operation in June. The project is currently being advanced in an orderly manner. The company will also put into production the third kiln in the second half of the year based on market demand.

Longguang Tianxu has been committed to the R&D and production of high borosilicate special glass and the new energy industry for more than ten years. It has two major borosilicate glass production bases in Zhucheng, Weifang and Chiping, Liaocheng, with superior geographical location.
